Last month I shared some pages from the Holiday Album I am working on with A Muse Studio products, and today I am taking a break in the last of my Target® "Back-To-School For Mom" posts to share a first look at my Halloween Album.
I am a BIG fan of Halloween, even though in the past 5 years or so, I haven't been able to get out and celebrate it as much as I would like. Did I mention the Baby Bean is due on October 31st? We will be beside ourselves excited if we have a Halloween baby! Party every year? Yes, please!!
Last year, we were a family of Witches- I hot glued a zillion plastic spiders to a white flower girl dress for Maggie's costume. The year before was a bit more of an event- I was a Tree, John was a Bird Watcher, and Maggie was an Owl. I made the Owl costume for her first Halloween, but we were literally moving houses that day, and didn't really get to dress up or go Trick-or-Treating, so I was glad we were able to recycle the costume for one more year.
Playing with Halloween theme products is ALWAYS my favorite, and this was no exception! I love the versatility of the stamp sets for photo albums, cards and especially party decor! For me, this album is a great way to start cataloging memories of past Halloweens, and inspiration to remind me to take more time to celebrate now that Maggie is getting older. This year I'm going to try to get more activities on the calendar- like the Pumpkin Patch and a local farm that does it up for Halloween- so we can all enjoy it before baby arrives.
I have another peek at my A Muse Studio Holiday Album coming up later this week, and don't forget, there is still time to enter my #BTS4MOM $200 Target® Gift Card giveaway! The drawing will be held this Friday, so tell your friends to enter!
